Sterling Silver Double Photograph Frame by Cartier C.1930's

Description

A fabulous vintage double photograph frame by the top notch jeweller and silversmith, Cartier.

This example definitely has age as the back was so worn and old it was not salvageable and a replacement solid Oak one was fitted by our restorers. This one would date to the 1930's.

The silver is Signed Cartier and marked Sterling. Excellent condition measuring 8 1/4" x 5 1/2" with each glazed aperture measures 4 1/2" x 3 3/8".
