Antique silver fusee pocket watch from Richard Ingram, Heckmondwike

The watch has a fusee (chain driven) movement which is working nicely. The movement is signed with the maker's name, Richard Ingram, Heckmondwike, and it is all protected by a fitted inner cover.

The watch measures 54mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks for Chester 1890 with a case maker's mark for Charles Cooke, a Coventry watch case maker. The case is in good condition and has a vacant cartouche to the back.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The silvered dial is beautifully decorated and has gold Roman numerals and detailing. One of the hands is a later replacement.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
