The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1890s.
The watch has a fusee (chain driven) movement which is working nicely.

The watch measures 54mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks for Chester 1890 with a case maker's mark for Charles Cooke, a Coventry watch case maker. The case is in good condition and has a vacant cartouche to the back.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The silvered dial is beautifully decorated and has gold Roman numerals and detailing. One of the hands is a later replacement.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
