Pegged joints and craftsmanship setting this piece apart.

Raised on a bracketed plinth base the lower stand comprises a pair of wider drawers flanking a narrower central drawer. Above, a set of faux drawer fronts provide extra hanging depth within the cabinet. (156cm internal depth) Each drawer is dressed with good quality, pierced brass backplates and drophandles.

The upper cabinet rises from within the moulding offering a pair of doors either side of the central panel, each finished with two field panels, the uppermost with shaped top. Brass pulls and escutcheons dress the cupboard doors which close with working locks and keys.

A modest pediment is decorated with dentil moulding, capping and completing this beautiful piece.
A fine example in very good order, solid joints and construction, delivered waxed, polished and ready for the home.
