A French brass cased carriage clock by noted makers Leroy. An enamel dial indistinctly signed 'Leroy & Fils' retailed in London. An 8-day duration mechanism with original lever escapement. The original numbered box (corresponding with number on clock) with mark H Custance 1898-1900. Circa 1885.
