Description

A Fine quality Victorian Period burr walnut open bookcase. The top is veneered in the finest well figured burr walnut with rounded corners and an ogee moulded edge. With two rectangular cedar lined frieze drawers veneered in burr walnut and having the original turned walnut knobs. With two adjustable shelves, one fixed shelf and a further two cedar lined drawers to the base, also having canted rectangular corners and fine acanthus carved corbels and well carved appliqués, the whole supported on a burr walnut veneered plinth. English circa 1870-1880

Dimensions: 39" wide x 15" deep x 48" high

Condition: This bookcase is in stunning original condition, cleaned and waxed
