A fine quality Musical box by noted makers Nicole Freres, no. 31145. A rosewood lid with marquetry inlays and satinwood edging. An amazing find with the original key, instructions, receipt and tune sheet. A 12-air example with rarer feature of 2 tunes per turn with a very large cylinder. Serviced to a high standard and plays very well. Retailed by Wales & McCulloch who worked at 32, Ludgate Street from 1862-1869. Please contact us to Skype or Face Time and you can hear it play.
