Description

Pair of French walnut and marble top bedside cabinets c.1910. Original shaped marble tops over a single drawer and a small cupboard. A true pair, with left and right hand opening doors. Solid walnut frames with symmetrically arranged walnut veneers to the drawer and door fronts, sides and rear. Shaped and carved apron, continued on the sides, raised on slim and shapely cabriole legs front and rear with carved acanthus leaf detail and scrolling feet. Oak drawer linings. With an old repair to the rear right hand corner of one of the marbles. Otherwise excellent condition, cleaned and polished in our workshops.
