Pair of Antique French Inlaid Side Tables

1900 - 1920
Description

Pair of Antique French oval two tiered side tables with plenty of fine details. They are in great condition & I would date them to around the 1920’s period. Each tables has a drawer on either end. The table tops & bottom tiers have a very intricate parquetry design, surrounded by inlays & cross bandings. They have gilt metal top edges, plus more gilt bronze mounts & feet. Please enlarge all the images to see all the details, like the inset wood panels around the tops & also on all sides of the legs. These tables are very fine quality & very versatile too. There are a few different woods involved. I can make out Kingwood, walnut, satinwood & mahogany.
