Description

A good example of an early twentieth century lidded jar made from molded glass and topped with the most spectacular lid featuring an Owl's face.

It is of course the lid that makes these jars highly sought-after. The brass Owl's face is beautifully executed and retains the two amber glass eyes.

Dating to around 1900, it remains in excellent condition with a lid diameter measuring 3 1/4" x 3" tall.
