Set of Eight Arts & Crafts Oak Dining Chairs C.1910.

Description

Fine quality set of eight Edwardian oak Arts & Crafts style dining chairs c.1910. Six chairs plus two larger carver armchairs all in solid oak. High backs with a shaped cresting rail carved with an Arts & Crafts motif of stylised plant forms, over pierced slats and shaped arms to the carvers. Drop in seat pads recently covered in a tan faux leather. Octagonal section front legs with a turned foot. Original labels to each for Pioneer Complete Furniture Stores of Bold Street Liverpool. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
