A Superb Quality Rosewood Victorian Period Wellington Chest.

Description

A Superb Quality rosewood Victorian Period wellington chest. Having a rectangular top veneered in beautifully figured rosewood above an arrangement of seven graduated mahogany lined drawers which retain the original rosewood knobs. Having the usual hinged locking pilaster with working lock and key. The sides also veneered in beautifully figured rosewood, the whole supported on a rosewood veneered plinth. England circa 1860-1870

Dimensions: 20" wide x 19" deep x 50" high

Condition: This wellington chest is in excellent original condition, cleaned and waxed
