Very good quality Victorian, circa 1860, Overmantel Mirror.
Wood, composition and gesso Gilt gold leaf.
The decoration showing roman soldiers following a chariot pulled by lions with putti harvesting ahead and angels above is of exceptional quality.
In very good original condition with nice age related wear.
Size: 37"(Height)x 51 1/4" (width).
