Description

Delightful little mid 19th.c. marble top console table c.1840. Just 28½" wide. With an attractively figured inch-thick grey marble top. Unusual cherry wood base featuring a single drawer with symmetrically veneered front, the shape of which is repeated on the sides. Cabriole front legs in solid cherry with shaped detail at the foot. Silhouette column rear legs and open back. On a shaped plinth and low bun feet. Excellent condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops with particularly good colour.
