Art Deco Bakelite Bankers Desk Lamp

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely vintage art deco banker's desk lamp with a stylish chrome frame, stepped bakelite base and asjustable metal shade. The lamp has been re-wired with gold flex and PAT Tested and is in good working order. The on/off swicth on the base works and it takes a standard bayonet bulb (bulb not included with lamp).

It is in good condition for its age. The metal shade has signs of age and wear and the chrome has tarnished slightly but overall it displays very well and has been lightly cleaned and is ready for use.

The base is approximately 8" (20cm) square and rhe lamp stands approximately 16" (41cm) tall.
