Description

A very nice quality, stylish Scottish silver quaich of plain round bellied form set on a collet foot with sweeping concave hollow cast handles. Hallmarked for Edinburgh 1925, makers Brook & Son, and further marked to the base with an S in a lozenge and the retailer details of Brook & Son, 87 George Street, Edinburgh.

It measures 15cm (5 7/8") across the handles, 10cm (4") rim to rim and 4.5cm (1 7/8") high. It weighs 138g / 4.4ozt. Condition is excellent with no damage, dents or repairs and just light surface wear.
