9ct Gold Peridot & Seed Pearl Brooch Birmingham 1928

A lovely 9ct gold bar brooch. The style of the brooch is a slanting rectangle in the centre of the bar with a pretty design as the centrepiece with a lovely green peridot surrounded by small gold leaves and two seed pearls either side. The pin at the back is in the form of a safety pin fastening. Clear hallmarks are visible on the back for 9ct gold (9.375) along with the Assay mark for Birmingham and date mark for 1928. There is a maker''s mark for ''M.P''.
