Continental Samson Chelsea Style French Porcelain Figurine Gold Anchor

A very nice continental porcelain figurine in Chelsea style with a flower seller sitting on a scrolling Rococo base. Gold anchor mark at the back indicating French artist Edme Samson. I bought this figurine around 8 years ago from Newark antique fair, the dealer dated as 1900 to 1910, though I personally thought it to a be a little later.

Condition -

Excellent display condition. The lady's little finger and a flower petal have old repairs, and there are some foliage loss as you would expect but none distracting- please see the last 5 photos.
