Mytton Antiques - Jerrard Nares has dated this piece to the 1850s.
Of octagonal shape, the flat raised top above a broad moulding with concave underside. The front with a cupboard door mounted with a brass knob catch, opening to reveal a shelf interior. The cupboard finished with a ogee mould plinth.
