Description

A fine Victorian burr walnut and ormolu mounted credenza. The figured and book matched top with moulded edge above the boxwood inlaid and ormolu beaded frieze. The large central door having a wonderful inlaid panel with further ormolu beading. The stiles again with boxwood inlay and fabulous ormolu mounts. The bowed glazed ends each enclosing 2 original velvet lined shelves with walnut and box inlaid facias. The whole raised on a shaped plinth with boxwood outline stringing. Condition - Fine and original, cleaned and waxed in our own workshop. Dimensions:- Height...42.5''/ 108cm. Width...71''/ 181cm. Depth...15.75''/ 40cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £85.
