A Mahogany Inlaid Edwardian Period Compactum Wardrobe

1900 - 1920
Description

A mahogany inlaid Edwardian Period compactum wardrobe. The upper section having a stepped and moulded cornice with satinwood banding to the frieze above twin figured mahogany panelled doors again with satinwood cross banding and a brass handle, opening to reveal four oak slides, three oak drawers, hanging space and an internal rectangular mirror. The lower section with an oak lined figured mahogany drawer with circular brass handles, solid mahogany ends and supported on shaped bracket feet. Probably made by Maple & Co. English circa 1900-1910

Dimensions: 45" wide x 83" high x 20" deep

Condition: This wardrobe is in excellent original condition

A mahogany inlaid Edwardian Period compactum wardrobe.
