Antique William 1V mahogany writing table dating from around the 1830-40 period & in excellent original condition. The tooled leather writing surface looks original or at least has been on for a long time It has intricate tooling & plenty of natural distressing to the surface, but no damage. I like it as it is & a lot of people like this original distressed look. However, if you want it re-leathered with one of our hand coloured antiqued leathers, we can arrange for an extra £150. This desk has two drawers, a polished back & sits on concealed casters. It still has all the original features like the finials under the corners & the turned mahogany handles.
