Description

A stunning and rare Austrian cold-painted bronze letter or stationery rack mounted with a charming pair of Swallows to the top and three Doves below. The front and rear dividers are painted in the form of envelopes.

To the front there are is an integrated pen rest to the naturalistic legs.

Dating to the late Victorian era, around 1890 it remains in excellent condition with all original paint. 7 1/8" x 3 1/2" x 8" tall at rear.
