A charming early 19th century Regency period NEEDLEWORK PICTURE in excellent condition. Set within its original moulded and gilded frame, it depicts a young courting couple in the grounds of a "stately" home seen in the distance. She wears a long dress; pretty bonnet and brown shoes, while he wears breeches and a very fashionable silk waistcoat. The needlework is in fine undamaged condition. 12 x 8.5ins including the frame.
