Antique Brass and Bronze Hydrometer Pot

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1900-1920 this fine quality brass hydrometer pot was used for measuring saline from ship's engines, and it is in very good condition.

We have two almost identical pots and are selling them separately as there is a slight difference in height between the two.

This one measures 29cm in height; 13cm across the base and about 6.5cm across the top. The lovely wood handle is 15cm in length.

The pot has a beautiful early Art Nouveau designed bronze fittings for the handle.

Postage and packing within the UK mainland only is included in the price. For outside main UK or abroad please contact us for a delivery quote.
