Antique Regency Mahogany Chest of Drawers C1800

This is a lovely antique regency mahogany chest of drawers and dating from aorund 1800. It has a mahogany caddy top with fine ebony stringing and with a deep mahogany frieze with ebony banding to the centre. There are two short drawers over three long graduating drawers all of which are pine lined and with later brass handles and brass escutcheons. It stands on splayed ogee bracket feet.

In very good condition with a lovely deep colour to the mahogany and age patination it oozes the charm and character of the period in which it was made.

It measures: 43" high X 18.5" deep X 42" wide
