the jugs each with a scrolled hydra handle. The jugs polychrome decorated in the Oriental style, with bands of flowers, above scenes of people conversing in a garden. The scenes against a flower and petal red back ground. The undersides marked for 'Masons Ironstone China' within a ribbon swag, with a crown top.
Date c 1850.
