Antique 1919 silver half hunter Record pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is stamped Record Watch Co, 7 jewels, 2 adjustments, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1919 with the importer mark J.J.H. The case has light surface marks from use and several small dents to the outer edge but overall it is in nice condition for a 1919 piece. The front has Roman numerals filled with dark blue enamel set around a small lens.

The winding crown pushes in to release the front cover. Inside there is an acrylic lens which is in good condition.

The dial is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
