The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Victorian era.
The inside of tray has a textured finish with the classic George Jones turquoise ground with moulded strawberry flowers and leaves spreading over the surface.

Impressed diamond registration mark for 1873 and painted model number 3300. Design referenced figure 70, page 51, George Jones Ceramics 1861-1951, Robert Cluett.
It measures 29.5cm (11 5/8") by 28.5cm (11 1/4") wide and 18cm (7") high. Condition is very good; The handle has been professionally restored. There is a small glaze flake to the edge of a leaf on the edge and a little wear to the high points of the glaze to some of the raised decoration mainly along the central ridge in the basket.
