A splendid 19th century Austrian cold painted bronze study entitled ‘The Assassin’ depicting a man in shorts crawling on his hands and knees carrying a large knife in one hand. This fine quality bronze has a lovely patina and is stamped ‘F.B Patented’ on the underside and apart from genuine wear on the touch points consistent with age it is in excellent condition measuring 6 ¼ inches in length.
