Description

A fine George III flame mahogany linen press having a dentil cornice with cross veneered frieze and bead moulded edge. The 2 doors having large oval figured mahogany panels with rosewood banding between boxwood and ebony line inlay. The base section having 2 short over 2 long and graduated and cockbeaded drawers, all retaining the original brass swan neck handles and escutcheons. The whole raised on off set shaped bracket feet and benefits from working locks and keys. The interior has 3 adjustable shelves (not slides) which are not shown in the photos. Dimensions:- Height…78.5’’/ 199.5cm. Width…50.25’’/ 127.5cm. Depth…24’’/ 61cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £85.
