Little Victorian Oil Lamp Converted to Electricity

19th century
Description

Circa 1900 a copper and brass oil lamp with an original period cut glass funnel in good condition. This glass is bright and clear, not 'foggy' as it appears in the main photo.

The oil lamp measures approximately 30cm in height including the shade, and is about 18cm in diameter.

It has been rewired to UK specifications and fitted with an online switch but the two original handles marked MADE IN ENGLAND - DUPLEX are still in place.

The copper basin has a couple of tiny dings commensurate with the age of the item, but there are no signs of repair or damage anywhere.

Postage and packing within the UK mainland only is included in the price and for remote parts of the UK or abroad, please contact us for a quote for delivery.
