A 1954 18K gold Omega oversized wristwatch. An impressive 18K gold 'oversize' case with bombe lugs and champfered case edging. An unusual honeycomb dial with subsidiary seconds dial in the form of a crosshair. Gilt 'pencil' hour markers and dauphine hands. A manual wind caliber 266 mechanism. Case reference 2687. Serial numbers date this watch to 1954.
