The mirror topped by a pediment of a basket of fruits, and a domed roundel. The roundel containing a scene of a pelican feeding a fox, in a woodland.
The rectangular frame with a flat facing surrounding an egg and dart mould, the inner edge with a bead decoration holding the original plate. The lower corners of the frame finished with hanging leaves.
Height 56 inches, width 36 inches, depth 2 1/2 inches.
Date c 1760.
