Antique Victorian Flamed Mahogany Triple Wardrobe Compactum C1880

Antique Victorian Flamed Mahogany Triple Wardrobe Compactum and dating from around 1880. Constructed from quality Mahogany it has a raised crossbanded frieze above a moulded cornice and with a further crossbanded frieze. This is above three full length arched panelled doors with the central door having carved corbal supports to each corner. The whole standing on a deep plinth base. Internally and to one side there is all hanging space with a drawer to the base. To the centre there are gilt brass hooks above a single shelf and a sliding tray drawer over three small drawers ( these could be removed for extra hanging space.). There is further full length hanging space above two long deep drawers. All of the drawers are mahogany lined with gilt brass swan neck handles.

This is a superb wardrobe of quality and separates for ease of transporting.

MEASURES: 85” HIGH X 25” DEEP X 76” WIDE AND INTERNAL DEPTH 18.5”

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
