Antique Figured Walnut Two Section Bookcase

Description

This antique walnut bookcase, dating to around the 1880-1900 period has a really nice mellow colour & good figuring in the wood. It’s also very practicable with the glazed upper section & storage section below. The top doors are astral-glazed with adjustable shelves inside, whilst the bottom has two panelled doors with a single shelf inside. It’s a very well made bookcase & the back panels are all solid timbers. There are lots of walnut mouldings & it sits on bracket feet. It’s in good original condition & has just been French polished. Please enlarge all the images to see the nice features. This bookcase also separates into two sections for easier transportation.
