A handsome large English Victorian padlock made from polished steel with a brass lock cover. The cover is marked 3 with a stylised sun and "Improved Tumbler Lock", above the cover the steel is marked BR(S).

It comes complete with the fabulous and impressive original key, all in working order.

Excellent condition dating to the Victorian era, around 1860. 4 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 1 1/4"; the key measuring 3" in length.
