A well proportioned 'Vienna' wall clock in a walnut and ebonised case. The original carved pediment. An enamel dial to the 8-day duration mechanism strking the 1/2 hours and hours on a gong. Twin weight driven with engraved pulley wheels. Dead-beat escapement and maintaining power. Circa 1870.
