Fowey River Antiques has dated this piece to the 1950s.

It has a very heavy platinum case surrounded by diamonds and then the most beautifully designed articulated shoulders which simply glides around the wrist and is very much of the Art Deco era in design, indeed we have never come across a design such as this before. It retains its original solid 18ct white gold bracelet which will fit almost any size wrist.

As you would expect from IWC the diamonds are bright, crisp and evenly matched and has the total weight is approximately 3.5cts, the sparkle they generate is just stunning.
It is quite stunning with a white dial which has been professionally restored so is in perfect condition. A new glass has been fitted and it has been cleaned and polished so it is absolutely pristine.

The calibre 431 movement is an absolute gem, sparkling clean and in like new condition, this is a movement from the golden age of Swiss watchmaking.
As you would expect from IWC the watch is fully marked on the dial and movement.

It comes complete with a period presentation box to keep your watch in perfect condition.
IWC are one of the most exclusive makers in the world and this watch certainly has that understated elegance which resonates class, truly a piece of jewellery which will never date.

Overall this watch is in beautiful condition and looks as if it was hardly ever worn, it would certainly make a perfect gift especially for any lady.
The watch has just been fully overhauled, restored and serviced and is guaranteed to be a genuine IWC in all respects.

This watch has been fully and professionally overhauled, the process is highly detailed and meticulous.
The watch is stripped down to its component parts and each part is examined under a microscope for signs of wear, any worn parts are replaced with genuine manufacturers original parts. every part is then thoroughly cleaned in a 3 stage ultrasonic cleaning process.

The movement is then fully assembled using manufacturer approved oils and lubricants and is carried out in a clean room environment. The watch movement is then checked and adjusted for accurate time keeping. The cases are polished and the watch sealed.

Obviously this is not a cheap or quick process which is why our watches are sometimes a little more expensive than others but you can be assured our watches will give reliable and dependable service and will not require any further attention for many years.
