Edwardian Antique Silver Tea Caddy – Chester 1910

An unusual ANTIQUE SILVER TEA CADDY made by Martin, Hall & Co. and assayed in Chester in 1910.

Of oblong form with hinged lid, this superb Silver Tea Caddy has an all over planished decoration making this a stunning piece. The Tea Caddy opens to reveal two separate compartments for Tea and the lid has a blank circular cartouche which could be used to personalise this superb Tea Caddy.

Whilst this was originally designed for Tea, this excellent box would also make a fabulous trinket box and would superb in any setting.

In excellent condition despite being almost 110 years old, this fabulous Tea Caddy would enhance any collection.
