Description

An Austrian cold painted bronze erotic figure, c. 1920. Cast as a young girl performing an exotic dance, whilst standing on a rug. Her articulated skirt, opening to reveal her near naked body. The figure is gilded, and the details heightened in enamel, as is the rug.

Set upon an onyx base.

Height - 13 cm, 5 1/8”.

Diameter of base - 13.5 cm, 5 3/8”.

Condition - Some typical wear to the gilding and the enamel. No damage. No repair.
