Description

Antique 1920s silver H Samuel "Acme Lever" pocket watch.

The watch has a stem winding movement which is working well. The movement is stamped 10 jewels, Swiss made. The movement has its original dust cover which is signed H Samuel, Manchester, Patented jewelled lever.

The watch measures 50.7 mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and has London import marks for 1928 with the importers mark for H Samuel. The inner dust cover has various medals and is signed Acme lever. The case has has light surface marks from use and a mild unevenness to the back although very acceptable.

The glass lens is in nice condition with only a small nibble to the outer edge at 6 o'clock.

The dial is signed Acme lever, H.Samuel, Manchester with Swiss made at the bottom. The dial has is in nice condition.

The watch has blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
