The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch itself measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the three covers for London 1909 together with a case maker's mark for Rotherham & Sons. The case is in good condition and the engine turned detail is still nice and crisp.

The winding crown pushes in to release the front cover. Inside there is a glass lens which is in nice condition.
The white enamel dial is signed with the original retailers name Pleasance & Harper Bristol, The dial has a very faint hairline crack to the outer edge although not noticeable to the naked eye but otherwise it is in nice condition.
The watch has its original blued steel hands.has blued steel hands.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
