Small 19th Century Coffin Bier, G Goodwin & Son Newcastle

This is a very rare and attractive piece, it dates from the latter part of the19th Century

The stand is made up with delightfully turned mahogany spindles it has its original brown paint a lot of which has been worn away, on both sides is written “G Goodwin & Sons Newcastle”

This is a charming piece and sturdy, it would work well for a flower shop or in the garden

The stand is 27” high, 49” long and 15” wide
