Description

Splendid French Belle Epoch Louis XV style couch c.1900. Shapely carved wooden frame with pierced detail to the top rail, swept arms with upholstered top, and a graceful curve to the front legs, all retaining their original gilding. Upholstered back and sprung seat in a ribbed chenille fabric, serviceable but with some marks. Good condition, with some minor damage to the gilding. We also have a pair of matching chairs for sale.
