The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a signed 15-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
.. the movement in this particular instance is retained by the shaped case so the screws are not required.

The watch itself measures 25.5mm wide excluding the winding crown and 25.5mm high excluding the lugs... the watch would suit a slimmer wrist. The case is 10kt rolled gold and it is in lovely condition, the lugs are a particularly stylish feature. The stainless steel case back is signed inside.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in beautiful condition and has stylish numerals, a subsidiary seconds dial and a contrasting outer minute track.
A new leather strap has been fitted although the original Wittnauer buckle has been fitted to it.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
