Lovely Small Proportioned 17th Century Oak Panelled Coffer.

Description

This is a lovely small proportioned 17th century oak panelled coffer, dating circa 1690, with well executed arched & finely detailed carving to frieze. It has its original flat top with later strap hinges. There is a lidded candle box to the interior, original bottom boards. This coffer is in excellent condition, joints are firm, & it has good colour with even patination to the top.
