Description

Small late 19th.c. carved alabaster bust by the Italian sculptor Guglielmo Pugi c.1890. A young woman in a turban and sleeveless tunic, her head turned to one side. Fabric carved in veined stone with stitching detail. Clearly signed on the rear. Excellent condition.
