George IV Gilded Oval Mirror

Description

A very attractive gilt wood wall mirror dating from the George IV period. The original bevelled plate is housed in a stunning frame with a cresting of floral and foliate sprays, diamond etching and beaded slip. The condition of this antique mirror is good, there is some slight foxing to the plate, this is not detrimental to either the appearance or the clarity of the reflection. An excellent 19th Century mirror to add decorative style and elegance to either a traditional or contemporary interior.
