An absolutely stunning Victorian solid / sterling silver visiting card case in the ever popular Reynold's Angels design.

The quality is absolutely top-notch, made from thick gauge silver and weighing in at 2.81 ounces or 79.8 grams. The quality is further evident with a wonderful push button closure operating a thick silver catch on the interior, all in perfect working order and snaps shut.

The central Reynold's Angels repousse decoration is surrounded by repousse clouds and pretty floral and foliate garlands in each corner.

There is a good crisp English hallmark for Birmingham 1900 together with the makers initials H M for Henry Matthews.

A superb heirloom quality addition to any collection in pristine condition measuring 4" x 3 7/8".
