The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The "Russell" model would have been made for the retailer Thomas Russell.
The watch has a good quality stem-winding movement, grade 635, which is working nicely. The fully signed movement has the serial number 22,104,238 which dates it back to 1918.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is gold plated. It has some signs of age but overall is in good condition for a piece that is 100 years old.
The winding crown pushes in to open the front cover. Inside the lens is in good condition. The signed dial is also in good condition. We would expect to see the Thomas Russell logo alongside the Waltham name on this particular watch which suggests that the dial is a later replacement.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
